Cancellation and Refunds
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues preventing service access for more than 48 hours
- Duplicate payment charges
- Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase (unused contacts only)
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Used contact views from your subscription
- Partial subscription periods
- Subscription fees after the 24-hour cancellation window
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at support@rently.co
- Provide your order ID and reason for refund request
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
5. Contact Limit Policy
Contact limits are fixed per subscription plan and cannot be transferred or refunded once used. Unused contacts do not roll over to the next billing period.
